Fun Christmas Arrangements....

Here are just a few things I took pictures of recently for Miscellaneous events. Remembering to actually photograph something after I make it is my biggest problem.

Lacey & Eric 12.6.08

Lacey & Eric were married at the Lake Natoma Inn. Her wedding had an old fashioned victorian theme, and we used roses for everything! It was absolutely gorgeous! Congratulations Lacey & Eric!

Pink is the new Red!

Kelly and Ruben were married this past weekend at Morgan Creek. Kelly's colors were Black and White with a touch of Fuschia Pink. I loved the way her bouquet turned out. We used Milano Roses with Pink Phalaenopsis Orchids and a collar of Green/Pink Stripe Ti Leaves for her bouquet. The Bridesmaids carried White Stargazer Lillies, Akito Roses, White Phalaenosis Orchids and White Alstromeria.

I always forget to photograph corsages, so here's an example of a white rose corsage with ribbon, and lemon leaves wrapped in bullion wire with ming. I don't like to do anything ordinary ; )
This was Kelly's Toss Bouquet- One Dozen Milano Roses with Fuschia Ribbon.

Shantel & Brandon....

Were married on 8.23.08 (yes I’m way behind in posting photos) at Whitney Oaks Country Club in Rocklin, CA. I just loved working with Shantel. She was so easy going and fun. Her flowers were all roses in varied shades, and they really turned out beautiful. Last week I got the most wonderful than you note from her that I just had to post. I get lots of thank you's (that really make this worth while), but hers was extra special.

Mandi (9.14.08)....

Mandi's wedding took place at the Headquarter House in Auburn, CA. It's a really beautiful, rustic setting.

Darlene (9.12.08).....

Orange weddings are so fun, especially during the late Summer/Fall. The flowers for Darlene's wedding turned out so amazing-Orange Gerbera Daisies, Scabiosa Pods, Orange Asiatic Lillies, Seeded Eucalyptus, Ruskus and Terra Cotta Roses

Sherene and Rich 9.20.08

Sherene and Rich were married at Morgan Creek on September 20, 2008. Sherene was one of the funnest Brides I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She decided on a jamaican theme, and her colors were Bright Red, and a pale turquoise. For her bouquets we used Bright Red Mini-Callas with crystals and a turqoise and red braided wrap (my favorite). Thank you to Nathan of Nathan Smith photography for the photos. I hope to have more up soon, but here are a few to get you started!

Feathers ooh la la...

This bouquet was also featured in Sierra Style for the title of an article. This one was so much fun to put together! Bright pink and white feathers with Pink Gerbera Daisies, Hot Pink Roses, Pink and White Lisianthus all wrapped in ribbon and crystals!

More Sierra Style Designs

This bouquet was also featured in the magazine. It turned out so beautiful. It was Red Mini-Calla's with Red Intuition Roses and Burgundy mini-carnations. This bouquet is one of my favorites. I attached some up close photos as well so you can see the detail.

Sierra Style Weddings....

Here are some images from the Summer 2008 issue. I was lucky enough to be asked to participate in the shoot for the cover of the magazine, and some of my designs were included in a 6 page spread in the magazine.

Photos from the shoot by the Memory Journalists. They're awesome! Check them out @ www.MemoryJournalists.com

What can I say about Aimee and Wendy from the magazine. First of all, they are awesome, and they do an outstanding job of putting together such an amazing local resource for Brides! Definately check them out: http://www.sierrastyleweddings.com/

Peacock Feathers and Butterflies

Are so much fun! I made this arrangement for the table of my booth at a past wedding show. It was gorgeous.

A few photos from past weddings.....

Shauna and Chad got married at Granite Bay Country Club, and this photo was taken out on the Golf Course. Shauna's bouquet was made out of White Stargazer Lillies and Purple Freesia.

Ryan and Kristen were married at the clubhouse at Sun City Roseville. Kristen's bouquet was a beautiful hand-tied arrangement of Blue Curiosa (purple) and Cherry Love (red) roses with white wax flowers.
